All I have to say is, I highly recommend this place!! Best Pho I’ve ever had here in Louisiana!! I ordered the Steamed Pork Dumplings and the Pho Dac Biet, It was Amazing Everyone is really nice and very attentive, and the restaurant is very clean. Ill definitely come back
We’ve tried so many pho places and Pho House Cafe has the best pho in the city by far. Between the broth, meat and vegetable toppings you can taste the quality and freshness that they provide. My boyfriend and I love coming here at least once a month because we just can’t stay away! Cannot recommend this restaurant enough!
Me and wife tired this today. And I must say it was delicious. I had oxtail pho with shrimp and chicken it was amazing. My wife had shrimp and brisket and she loved it so much.
If you are okay with the prices, I’d say go ahead and give this place a try! Very clean, well-mannered, and fresh batch of pho made everyday! I was very impressed with the serving size and how much veggies and garnish they provided. Normally restaurants are stingy when it comes to protein and give more noodles and broth, but this place had an equal ratio. I also enjoyed their mango smoothie! I got it with lychee jelly, and it was not too sweet. It paired perfectly with my pho. Overall, I was very hesitant when I stepped through the door. I came during peak dinner time and was welcomed by an empty restaurant so I knew something was off. Once I looked at the menu, I knew why no one was there. 25 for a bowl of combination pho is outrageous especially in New Orleans, BUT the service, portion size, flavor, and cleanliness of the establishment made up for it. Pho House Cafe truly is a place where you should not judge a book but it’s cover.
The cleanest place I’ve been to in a loooooong time!!! That’s the icing on the cake. Pho broth is delish. Egg rolls are great. We shared a green tea smoothie! It was good. Not too much matcha, just right for most palates in the family.
I really like this place! I've been going here since they opened. (Sorry it took me so long to write a review!) It is my go to spot for Pho. Their pho broth is very tasty and flavorful. I end up not adding the additional sauces ( the sirachi and the sweet one) because the broth doesn't need it. The portion is good. I usually have leftover. The Vietnamese eggrolls are always fried right to order and are super hot. The 2 owners are wonderful! They always are friendly and I love how they always remind me to heat my broth before eating so I get the best taste. (I always get take out so the 10 min to my house, the soup has lost some heat) I've never eaten inside but the decor and ambiance is very inviting.
This was my first time trying their pho but won’t be my last! When you walk in there is a sign that states under new management. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The inside is gorgeous. I had the large pho which is about 15 and totally worth it! The steak was great quality. I am not a fan of 70% fat and 30% meat. This was the opposite and delicious. The broth was great. All pho broths are so unique and I enjoy trying the variations. I had the iced coffee too which was just the midday pick up I needed! I hope more kenner residents visit this lovely restaurant.
Under New Management!! Expended New Menu!! We love the pho from old pho house cafe, and very exited for the new management. We did a quick carry out for the employees lunch. GREAT FOOD! Highly recommended
